Summer Employment Opportunities

COVID-19 has caused some camps to close or restructure resulting in the loss of expected summer jobs. At the same time, there are other summer employers who expected J1 students to fill positions in touristy areas who now are left with 100s of job openings to fill if they are going to be able to be able to open.

• POOL COMPANIES: We work with pool companies in the DC, Maryland and Virginia areas that offer $11-$12.50/hour with overtime pay. Housing is available at approximately $125/week.
• BEACH LOCATIONS: We work with restaurants in the Panhandle who need hosts, servers and cooks and pay $7.50+ tips for servers and $10/hour with overtime pay. Housing is available at approximately $120/week.
• SUMMER CAMPS: We work with summer camps who are planning to open who were expecting international staff to fill critical roles who now have 100s of openings. Housing is provided and pay will vary by camp, role and expertise.

If you are an American citizen, there is NO COST to apply for consideration and there is NO COST to you if you are placed with one of these employers. If you are an international student, you are required to obtain a visa and visa sponsorship fees will apply.
