CampStaffUSA was founded in 2007 by camp directors who were also designated J1 sponsors looking for an all-in-one solution for hiring summer camp staff. The leadership has worked in and with summer camps and the J1 program since 1990.
Outreach
Our international recruiting agents were J1 participants in the camp program themselves. They understand the program, the realities of the camp experience, and they recruit accordingly.
Connections
CampStaffUSA was explicitly designed to connect eligible and screened international (and sometimes domestic) applicants interested in summer camp employment with camp employers interested in hosting J1 exchange visitors.
